Scope of Services

All services, deliverables, and features are defined in your:

  • Subscription plan
  • Proposal or onboarding agreement

Services may include (but are not limited to):

  • Lead capture and automation systems
  • Missed call text-back and messaging systems
  • Review generation systems
  • CRM setup and integrations

We do not guarantee specific results such as rankings, lead volume, or revenue.

3. Accounts & Access

To use TradeIQ services, you may be required to:

  • Provide accurate account and business information
  • Maintain login credentials securely
  • Grant access to third-party platforms (e.g., Google Business Profile, domains, etc.)

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Pricing, Payments & Billing

Subscriptions

TradeIQ services are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly), unless otherwise agreed.

Payments

By purchasing, you agree to:

  • Provide a valid payment method
  • Authorize recurring charges
  • Pay all fees associated with your plan

Late Payments

Failure to pay may result in:

  • Suspension of services
  • Loss of access to systems
  • Additional fees where applicable

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • No long-term contracts unless explicitly stated
  • Payments already processed are non-refundable
  • Services remain active until the end of the billing cycle

TradeIQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment or misuse.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure proper performance, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Respond to onboarding requests in a timely manner
  • Maintain access to required platforms (Google, domain, etc.)
  • Use systems in compliance with applicable laws (including SMS regulations)

Failure to do so may impact results and service performance.

7. Performance Disclaimer

TradeIQ provides systems designed to improve business performance. However, we do not guarantee:

  • Specific rankings (e.g., Google search positions)
  • Number of leads or conversions
  • Revenue or business outcomes

Results depend on multiple factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and client responsiveness.

8. Data & Platform Use

You retain ownership of your business data.

TradeIQ may access and use data strictly for:

  • Delivering services
  • Improving systems
  • Supporting your account

We do not sell your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeIQ is not liable for:

  • Lost revenue, profits, or business opportunities
  • Platform outages (e.g., Google, Meta, telecom providers)
  • Third-party system failures
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for services in the previous billing period.

10. SMS Program Terms (“TradeIQ Messaging”)

Program Description

By opting in, you may receive messages related to:

  • Account updates
  • Lead notifications
  • Appointment confirmations
  • Follow-ups
  • System alerts
  • Occasional promotions

Opt-Out

You may cancel SMS at any time by replying STOP. You will receive confirmation and no further messages.

11. Intellectual Property

Clients are granted limited use of systems during an active subscription.

TradeIQ may suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments are not made
  • Services are misused
  • Terms are violated

Upon termination, access to systems may be revoked.

13. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
